Description

Biscoff Brownies are rich, fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with creamy Biscoff cookie butter for a decadent caramelized cookie flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth evenly.
  7. Warm Biscoff slightly and dollop over batter.
  8. Use a knife to swirl Biscoff into the brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until center is set but still fudgy.
  10. Cool completely before slicing.
