Description
Biscoff Brownies are rich, fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with creamy Biscoff cookie butter for a decadent caramelized cookie flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth evenly.
- Warm Biscoff slightly and dollop over batter.
- Use a knife to swirl Biscoff into the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until center is set but still fudgy.
- Cool completely before slicing.
