Description

Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are a sweet-and-spicy appetizer featuring fresh jalapeños stuffed with creamy Brie cheese and blueberry preserves, then baked until melty and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup blueberry preserves
  • 2 tbsp fresh blueberries (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange jalapeño halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Fill each jalapeño with a cube of Brie cheese.
  4. Spoon blueberry preserves over the Brie, filling each pepper.
  5. Optionally drizzle lightly with honey and top with fresh blueberries.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until jalapeños are tender and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
  • For extra heat, leave some seeds in the peppers.
  • These poppers pair well with crackers or crostini.
