Breakfast Pizza is a hearty morning dish featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy breakfast meat, melted cheese, and fresh toppings baked over a golden pizza crust.
Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or turkey sausage, crumbled
- 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out pizza dough and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set (slightly undercooked).
- Spread scrambled eggs evenly over pizza crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Add cooked sausage, chopped turkey bacon, and diced bell peppers.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
