Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set (slightly undercooked).
  6. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over pizza crust.
