Description

Tender Cajun-seasoned steak tips served in a rich and creamy cheesy sauce, perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized tips
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips for 3–4 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Return steak tips to skillet and toss in cheesy sauce until coated.
  7. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Can substitute chicken or shrimp for the steak.
  • Pairs well with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
