Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 4 slices sandwich bread or burger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven broiler or toaster oven to medium-high.
  2. Lightly brush bread with olive oil or butter and toast until lightly golden.
  3. In a bowl, toss chicken with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly over toasted bread.
  5. Top with seasoned chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
