Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or garlic aioli
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and heat through.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
