Description

Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos are hearty wraps filled with seasoned chicken, sautéed bell peppers, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers and onion and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  3. Add cooked chicken, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  5. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  6. Spoon chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Fold in sides and roll tightly into burritos.
  8. Serve immediately or toast burritos in a skillet until lightly golden.
