Description
Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos are hearty wraps filled with seasoned chicken, sautéed bell peppers, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- Add cooked chicken, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Serve immediately or toast burritos in a skillet until lightly golden.
