Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into large balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place them on the baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.

- Once cookies are cool, spread or pipe a generous layer of cheesecake frosting over each cookie.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
