Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 6 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles (for serving)
- Optional: ranch dressing, ketchup, or mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined (do not overmix).
- Shape mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Toast burger buns lightly on the grill or in a skillet.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments of choice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
