Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- Fresh lettuce or tomatoes for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add shredded chicken and warm through.
- Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing until melted and creamy.
- Add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix until well combined.
- Fold in crumbled bacon and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spoon crack chicken mixture into tortillas.
- Top with green onions and optional fresh toppings.
- Serve immediately while warm.
