Description
A quick and elegant cranberry brie cheese appetizer featuring warm, melty brie topped with sweet-tart cranberries, perfect for holiday entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie cheese (8–12 oz)
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie wheel in a small oven-safe dish.
- Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the brie.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
- Add chopped nuts on top if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the brie is soft and beginning to melt.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- Do not overbake or the brie will completely melt.
- You can use fig jam or raspberry preserves instead of cranberry sauce.
- This appetizer is best served immediately.
