Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Score a 1-inch border around the edges of the pastry without cutting all the way through.

  5. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the brie.
  6. Drizzle honey evenly over the tart and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  7. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
