Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Spread whipped feta onto a serving plate or shallow bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with honey.
  5. Spoon cranberry mixture over the whipped feta.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if using.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
