Ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
