Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a rich and comforting dish made with juicy chicken breasts simmered in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, perfect for pairing with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
