Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain, cool, peel, and chop the eggs.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped eggs and gently stir to combine.
- Fold in crispy fried onions and chives just before serving.
- Chill for 15 minutes if desired, then serve.
