Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain, cool, peel, and chop the eggs.
