These Crispy Pizza Chips are a quick and irresistible snack made from baked cheese and pepperoni — delivering all the bold, cheesy, and savory flavors of pizza in a crunchy, low-carb bite-sized chip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni cut into quarters)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella and Parmesan together with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly to form small circles. Space them about 1 inch apart.
- Top each circle with 2–3 mini pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to crisp fully as they cool.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with marinara sauce for dipping.
