These Crispy Pizza Chips are a quick and irresistible snack made from baked cheese and pepperoni — delivering all the bold, cheesy, and savory flavors of pizza in a crunchy, low-carb bite-sized chip.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni cut into quarters)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella and Parmesan together with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly to form small circles. Space them about 1 inch apart.
  4. Top each circle with 2–3 mini pepperoni slices.
