Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped ham
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or butter for waffle iron


Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg until well beaten.
  3. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, chopped ham, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spoon half of the mixture onto the waffle iron and spread slightly.
