Ingredients
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper strips (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add carrots and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and pour the sauce mixture over them.
- Stir well until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing chili garlic sauce.
- Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
- Use whole wheat or rice noodles for a healthier twist.
