Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper strips (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  6. Stir well until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
