Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh fruit slices (strawberries, kiwi, banana, blueberries) for topping
- Granola for topping
- Chia seeds, flax seeds, or shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen bananas, berries, mango, yogurt, and milk.
- Blend until thick and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with fresh fruit slices, granola, chia seeds, and coconut as desired.
- Serve immediately with a spoon.
