Description

Savory garlic-butter brushed rollups filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, baked until golden for a fun twist on classic cheeseburgers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Unroll crescent or pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
  4. Spoon cooked beef evenly onto each piece of dough and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll up dough tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  7. Brush garlic butter generously over the rollups.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
  • You can add diced pickles inside for classic cheeseburger flavor.
