Description

Tender, juicy steak bites seared in garlic butter and tossed in a rich parmesan cream sauce—an indulgent, restaurant-quality dish made easily at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak (sirloin, ribeye, or strip), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Parmesan Cream Sauce:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Make the cream sauce: Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and thickened, 3–4 minutes.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Simmer 1–2 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.

Notes

  • For extra richness, add a splash of white wine before adding cream.
  • Use grated—not shredded—Parmesan for a smoother sauce.
  • Make it lighter with half-and-half (sauce will be thinner).
  • Pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables or a crisp salad.
