Description

Juicy, tender steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a quick and flavorful meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
  5. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return steak bites to skillet and toss in garlic butter sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate steak in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or over pasta.
  • Use ribeye or New York strip for even more tenderness.
