Description
Juicy, tender steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a quick and flavorful meal or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
- Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to skillet and toss in garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate steak in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or over pasta.
- Use ribeye or New York strip for even more tenderness.
