Description

Rich, no-bake homemade Reese’s-style bars made with a creamy peanut butter filling and topped with a smooth chocolate layer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (260 g) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for chocolate topping)


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
  7. Lift from pan, cut into bars, and serve.
