Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour honey mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and sprinkle feta cheese over chicken. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese softens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
