Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour honey mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle feta cheese over chicken. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese softens slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
