  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 23 tomato slices
  • Lettuce or spinach leaves
  • 2 slices Swiss or provolone cheese (optional)
  • Honey Mustard Spread:
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise (or yogurt), salt, and pepper to make the honey mustard spread.
  2. Lightly toast the bread if desired.
