Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup hot honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread ricotta evenly over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
