Description
Flaky puff pastry cruffins filled with sweet peach pie filling, baked golden, and dusted with sugar for an irresistible handheld treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
- 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface into rectangles.
- Spread peach pie filling evenly over each sheet, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and drizzle with vanilla extract.
- Tightly roll each sheet into a log, then cut into 3–4 equal pieces.
- Place each piece cut-side up into the muffin tin, forming a spiral shape.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, drizzle with cream cheese glaze.
- Fresh peach slices can be used instead of canned filling.
- Best eaten the same day, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
