Description

Flaky puff pastry cruffins filled with sweet peach pie filling, baked golden, and dusted with sugar for an irresistible handheld treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
  • 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface into rectangles.
  3. Spread peach pie filling evenly over each sheet, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and drizzle with vanilla extract.
  5. Tightly roll each sheet into a log, then cut into 3–4 equal pieces.
  6. Place each piece cut-side up into the muffin tin, forming a spiral shape.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, drizzle with cream cheese glaze.
  • Fresh peach slices can be used instead of canned filling.
  • Best eaten the same day, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
