Description

These Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Sauce are tender, flavorful chunks of steak seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter glaze — then paired with a luscious creamy sauce for dipping or drizzling. A quick, restaurant-quality meal ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • For the Steak Bites:
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • For the Creamy Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak Bites: Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer (do this in batches if needed). Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same pan, and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return steak bites to the pan and toss in garlic butter. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  4. Make the Creamy Sauce: In a separate small saucepan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth, then simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve: Plate the steak bites and drizzle with creamy sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with chives or parsley.

Notes

  • Use ribeye for the juiciest, most tender bites, or sirloin for a leaner option.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan — sear in batches for the best crust.
  • Add a splash of white wine or brandy to the sauce for extra richness.
  • Pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.
