Description
A hearty, stacked chicken club sandwich loaded with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a creamy avocado ranch spread on toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 slices sandwich bread (white, wheat, or sourdough)
- 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through; rest and slice.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Toast bread slices until golden.
- In a bowl, mash avocado with ranch dressing and lime juice until smooth.
- Spread avocado ranch on toasted bread.
- Layer chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
- Top with remaining bread, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
- Grilled chicken adds extra smoky flavor.
- Serve with fries, chips, or a side salad.
- Avocado ranch is best used fresh.
