Description

A hearty, stacked chicken club sandwich loaded with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a creamy avocado ranch spread on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 slices sandwich bread (white, wheat, or sourdough)
  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through; rest and slice.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  4. Toast bread slices until golden.
  5. In a bowl, mash avocado with ranch dressing and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Spread avocado ranch on toasted bread.
  7. Layer chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  8. Top with remaining bread, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

  • Grilled chicken adds extra smoky flavor.
  • Serve with fries, chips, or a side salad.
