Description

Creamy, flavorful Marry Me Chicken made with tender pan-seared chicken breasts simmered in a rich sun-dried tomato parmesan cream sauce that’s irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan.
  6. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
  • You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice level.
