Description

Juicy, tender chicken breasts baked in a creamy Parmesan garlic mixture that creates a golden crust and truly melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden, bubbly crust.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
