Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden, bubbly crust.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
