Description

Peach Tiramisu is a light and fruity no-bake dessert layered with peach syrup-soaked ladyfingers and a fluffy mascarpone cream, finished with fresh peaches for a refreshing twist on the classic.

Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, diced (or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar or reserved peach syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine peach nectar and lemon juice.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream gently into mascarpone mixture.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the peach syrup mixture.
  6. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the layer.
  8. Sprinkle half of the diced peaches evenly over the cream.
  9. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and peaches.
  10. Garnish with extra peach slices.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Do not oversoak ladyfingers to prevent sogginess.
  • Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
  • Add a splash of peach liqueur for a more intense flavor.
