Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar or caramel sauce for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll up each crescent from the wide end toward the tip, gently sealing the sides to prevent the filling from leaking out.

- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Optional: drizzle with caramel sauce or dust with powdered sugar for an extra sweet finish.
Notes
- Use toasted pecans for deeper flavor.
- For a sticky pecan glaze, brush leftover filling over the top before baking.
- These taste amazing warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
