- For the Dessert Nutella Pizza:
- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 cup Nutella spread
- Fresh strawberries and banana slices
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- To make the pizza dough: In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out dough on a floured surface and place on a baking tray or pizza stone.
- For Margherita: Spread tomato sauce, add mozzarella slices, drizzle with olive oil, and top with basil leaves. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- For BBQ Chicken: Spread BBQ sauce on the crust, top with chicken, red onions, and cheese. Bake for 10–12 minutes, then garnish with cilantro.
- For Veggie Supreme: Spread tomato sauce, layer vegetables, sprinkle mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
- For Dessert Pizza: Bake plain crust for 8–10 minutes, let cool slightly, spread Nutella, top with fruits, and dust with powdered sugar.
