A quick and delicious spinach feta dish made in one skillet with simple ingredients, perfect as a light meal or flavorful side.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the spinach.
- Gently toss and serve warm.
