Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook, stirring, until wilted.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
