Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese frosting
- 24 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for thinning chocolate, optional)
- Lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Bake red velvet cake according to package instructions and allow to cool completely.
- Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in cream cheese frosting until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill cake balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
- Dip lollipop sticks into melted chocolate and insert into cake balls.
- Dip cake pops into melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Add sprinkles if desired.
- Let cake pops set upright or on parchment until firm.
