Description
A sweet-and-salty holiday treat made with buttery Ritz crackers layered with chocolate and festive toppings, perfect for gifting or Christmas snacking.
Ingredients
- 40 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips (with coconut oil if using) until smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate over the crackers, spreading evenly.
- Melt white chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle over the top.
- Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and sprinkles over the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until completely set.
- Break into pieces and serve or store.
Notes
- Work quickly after adding toppings so they stick before the chocolate sets.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can substitute dark chocolate or milk chocolate if preferred.
