Ingredients

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
  • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips (with coconut oil if using) until smooth.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate over the crackers, spreading evenly.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle over the top.
  6. Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and sprinkles over the chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until completely set.
  8. Break into pieces and serve or store.
