Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 150g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

- Baste the salmon continuously with the melted butter and garlic mixture for another 2–3 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Drizzle with lemon juice for brightness.
- Plate beautifully: place salmon on a bed of mashed potatoes or alongside vibrant green asparagus, drizzle the pan sauce over the top, and garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
- Use wild-caught salmon for the best flavor and texture.
