A fun and indulgent twist on classic spaghetti night—crisp, buttery garlic bread bowls filled with saucy spaghetti and topped with melty cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 small round bread loaves (or large rolls)
- 4 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Garlic Butter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bread loaves and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Brush the insides and edges of each bread bowl with garlic butter.
- Place bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisped.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce.
- Fill each bread bowl with saucy spaghetti.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake another 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Add cooked meatballs or ground beef for a heartier filling.
- Use store-bought garlic bread loaves for an even quicker option.
- Brush leftover bread tops with garlic butter and toast as dipping pieces.
