Description

A fun and indulgent twist on classic spaghetti night—crisp, buttery garlic bread bowls filled with saucy spaghetti and topped with melty cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 small round bread loaves (or large rolls)
  • 4 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Garlic Butter:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bread loaves and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Brush the insides and edges of each bread bowl with garlic butter.
  5. Place bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisped.
  6. Mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce.
  7. Fill each bread bowl with saucy spaghetti.
  8. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  9. Bake another 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add cooked meatballs or ground beef for a heartier filling.
  • Use store-bought garlic bread loaves for an even quicker option.
  • Brush leftover bread tops with garlic butter and toast as dipping pieces.
  • Swap marinara for Alfredo or pesto for variations.
