  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)

  2. Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, tossing to coat.
  9. Return steak bites to the skillet and mix gently.
  10. Cook for 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
