Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Warm tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla if using.
- Layer lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, and chicken on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use grilled, roasted, or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of sriracha.
- Whole wheat tortillas can be used for a healthier option.
