Description
Tasty Tandoori Brussels Sprouts is a bold and flavorful side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts coated in a spiced yogurt tandoori marinade for a smoky, slightly spicy finish.
Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until tender and lightly charred.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker coating.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing tandoori masala.
