Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns or lettuce wraps
  • Butter lettuce or cabbage slaw (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sweet chili sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal burger patties.
  4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
  5. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden.
  6. Toast burger buns if desired.
