Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets to ensure crispiness.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
