Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets to ensure crispiness.
- Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the cauliflower is completely dry before roasting to achieve maximum crispiness.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to allow proper roasting instead of steaming.
