Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (or other toppings like mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives)
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread each with a thin layer of pizza sauce.
