Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
  • Chocolate ganache or hot fudge sauce, for topping (optional)
  • Crushed peanuts or Oreo crumbs, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until evenly combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
