Description

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white holiday sprinkles
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Dust cooled cookies lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
