Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white holiday sprinkles
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Dust cooled cookies lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
